North-America Won the Second Cup !

The Second North-America - Europe Golf Challenge in Japan, the DaimlerChrysler Cup was played on Friday 1 October at the Atsugi Kokusai Country Club. This time the North-American team (ACCJ & CCCJ) proved to be stronger, winning the competition by an average score of (best 80%) 75.45 to Europe's 75.85, i.e. a margin of only 0.4 storkes. The comptetion was much tighter this year, last year Europe's winning margin was 1.5 strokes. 139 players took part in the event, 72 representing the North American team, 60 for the European team.
