Registration Form for Bus Users
NOTE: If you signed up for the bus when registering for the event, you do not need to re-register!
If you are unsure if you already reserved bus, please check your entry in the list of participants.
Registration dead-line: Wednesday 29 September.
I confirm that I would like to use the bus transportation from American Chamber of Commerce in Japan leaving at 6:10.
The bus would leave the golf course at 17:45.

Cost: The bus is free for the first 40 to sign up. Otherwise the round-trip fee is 4,000 yen
The fee will be collected in the bus, so please bring cash (in case you need to pay).
Note 1.
Registration for the bus is necessary, sorry we will not not be able to accommodate walk-ons.
Note 2: Bus transportation registration and golf registration are being handled separately, please do not assume a registration or cancellation for one will be automatically applied to the other.
